Louis Perry & Associates, Inc. Announces Management Succession Plan

Wadsworth, Ohio – Louis Perry & Associates (LPA) has announced a formal series of organizational changes, effective August 15, 2008. The changes are part of LPA’s strategic plan to ensure that the company has experienced leadership to guide it into the future and that the senior executives are well prepared to help the company achieve improved client relations and service as well as greater financial success.

“These changes are vital as we prepare for the next phase of the company’s development, as well as its management succession,” said Louis B. Perry, P.E., President of Louis Perry & Associates.

“In my role as President and Chief Executive Officer, my focus will be on strategic planning, mentoring and guiding the management team, financial performance and client relations as we continue to move the company forward.”

In addition to the new management team, William M. Sage, P.E. has been named Project Manager.
