SENIOR PROJECT PIPING ENGINEER Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 20 years experience in power and chemical industries. BSME and P.E. are required.

Candidate’s technical strengths should include:

  •   Good Working Knowledge of B31.3 and B31.1
  •   Piping Support System Design and Analysis
  •   Piping Layouts and review of 3D Models
  •   Preparation of Piping and Equipment Specifications
  •   Engineering, Equipment and Construction Estimates for Piping Systems
  •   Analysis and Root Cause Failure Analysis for Equipment and Piping
  •   Staad Pro – Structural Design. Spring and Hanger Design using a software program
  •   Ability to Manage a Team of Engineers and Designers
  •   People Skills and Strong Values including Passion, Integrity, Ethics and Respect for Other People

    PROJECT ARCHITECT Bachelor's degree in Architecture with a minimum of 10 years experience in commercial, industrial and educational design. Experience in translating concepts into solutions, good knowledge of building/zoning codes, building materials. Ability to effectively communicate with clients, consultants, associates and contractors. Experience in leading architects and designers. Ability to manage several projects simultaneously. Provide assistance in marketing and proposal development.
    Registered Architect is a must.
    This position offers tremendous growth and could lead to a supervisory level position.
    SENIOR STRUCTURAL ENGINEER (5)

    BSCE with a minimum of 10 years of experience in heavy industrial, chemical facilities and /or power plant structures.  The ability to be a Lead Engineer on projects, overseeing Engineers and Designers is required.  Experience in designing steel, concrete and masonry is desired.  PE and familiarity with STAAD required.
    LEAD MECHANICAL/PROCESS PIPING ENGINEER BSME with a minimum of 10 years experience in power, chemical and/or industrial piping/mechanical design. Experience with equipment/piping layout, specs, estimating, and construction support. Candidates should have demonstrated experience leading and scheduling other engineers. Must also have strong communication skills and be a team player. P.E. is a plus.
    This position offers tremendous growth opportunity and includes the potential to become Supervisor of the Department.
    SENIOR COMMERCIAL ELECTRICAL ENGINEER BSEE with a minimum of 10 years experience in commercial, institutional and/or educational facility design. Experience should include: power, lighting, fire protection and telecommunications. Familiarity with AutoCad 2006 is also required.
    P.E. is a plus.
    PROJECT ELECTRICAL ENGINEER BSEE with a minimum of 10 years experience in power, chemical and/or industrial electrical design. Experience with 15KV, single line diagrams, short circuit calculations, NEC, specs, estimating and construction support.
    Candidates should have demonstrated experience leading and scheduling other engineers. Must also have strong communication skills and be a team player. P.E. is a plus.

    SENIOR INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER BSEE with a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in power, instrumentation, chemical and industrial design. Experience with instruments, P.I.D.'s and loop drawings is required. Knowledge of PLC & DCS Systems is a plus.
    INSTRUMENTATION AND CONTROLS TECHNICAL DESIGNER Minimum 5 to 10 years experience in Controls and Instrumentation design in the Industrial, Power & Chemical Industries. Experience with Controls, Instruments, P.I.D.'s and loop diagrams is required. Strong AutoCad 2006 skills required as well as PLC programming.
    PROJECT ENGINEER (3) BS in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years experience in project coordination in the industrial, power and chemical industries. Experience working under Project Managers and/or Department Manager is required.
    Computer Skills - Excel and Project Scheduling is a plus.
    SENIOR DESIGNER (5) Minimum of 5 to 10 years design experience in the Industrial, Chemical and/or Power industry for the following disciplines:
    Structural, Mechanical/Process and/or Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation and Architectural layout and design.
    Strong AutoCad skills required. SolidWorks is a plus.
    SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

    Minimum of 10 to 15 years experience designing commercial and institutional facilities.  Strong AutoCAD skills.  3D is a plus.
    PROJECT CONSTRUCTION AND DESIGN/BUILD SCHEDULER

    This position requires a thorough working knowledge of Primavera and MS Project scheduling software as well as construction sequencing of work.
    Responsibilities include developing, working and monitoring as required project construction and design/build schedules from preliminary schedule planning through start-up, commissioning and project close-out.
    Candidates must have strong communication skills and be a team player.  Degree preferred.
    DRAFTER(S) Minimum of 1 to 3 years drafting experience in the Industrial, Chemical and/or Power industry for the following disciplines:
    Electrical, Structural, Mechanical/Process Piping, Electrical and Architectural.
    AutoCad skills required.
